Jessica Cotton is a native Texan, born in Wichita Falls into a military family, where her Daddy (yes, Daddy, for all the old-school Texans) retired from the Air Force after 23 years of service and settled in the family homestead near Weatherford, TX.  Jessica spent her growing up years in Tucson, AZ in the shadow of the Catalina Mountains and Davis Monthan Air Force Base.  She was a Navy spouse for 10 years, which gave her the opportunity to live in many different places, including three years in San Diego and four years in Japan.  She finally came home to Texas in 2016, and put down some permanent roots in beautiful East Texas in 2021, where she pans to stay for her duration. Her son, daughter, and three grandchildren all followed her to Texas as well and now call our great state home. She and her husband Ken bought their first home together, a beautiful log cabin on nearly four acres, from Lindsey Farnham and Blue Sky Group Realty in March of 2021.  They stayed in touch with Lindsey over the past few years through other business venture, which is how Jessica came full circle and became a Realtor with BSGR.

Before joining the team, Jessica spent the last 20 years specializing in sales, marketing, and training in a number of industries including wireless services, insurance, and hospitality.  She is extremely client focused and has a truly impressive track record of success on her ability to actually listen to every client as an individual and gain a true understanding of what they want and what they need.  She genuinely cares about people and is very much looking forward to building new relationships in real estate and walking alongside each client through one of the most important moments of their life. 

Some fun facts about Jess: when she’s not at work you will likely find her in the kitchen whipping up something delicious, though don’t ask her for a recipe as she probably doesn’t remember how she did it; she is also a dog lover and has three big beasts of her own that love nothing more than to make the most noise during important phone calls; between the chickens, the cow, and herd also a self-proclaimed mixologist and you’ll usually find her mixing delightful concoctions at any social gathering.
